I’ve recently been hired and I’ve noticed we are understaffed. The manager did post an online and physical sign but we are still short staffed along with being so short staffed we’re so busy no one has time the state regulated lunch and rest breaks. Im in Oregon. I’ve asked if I get paid for the 30 because everyone is busy we dont have time for a full 30. Did I go about that wrong? I know they are looking for more people but I also want to be paid for my lunch break.I have bills to pay and all that.
